Shutterfly - Order not received

I got an email stating that something happened with the order. I feel that the company should have acted to either locate my order or reshoot it without me having to spend almost an hour on hold and trying to locate customer service.

User's recommendation: Give me a solution in the email rather than simply stating it was lost.
