Assurance Wireless - Calling on behalf of my elderly father, he has your service.

My father has been a loyal consumer who never asked for new phone or technology, he wouldn't know how to use it anyway. I am so angry with your company for making me buy him a new phone. Only bc I am on a fixed income myself (664.00 mo), it breaks my heart to see what's really going on in our country, you guys are fleecing America and getting paid!! My dad has terminal cancer and has been givin a 90 day death sentence... Don't ask me how I feel about your company! You think unlimited fixes it??

I had to pay for my fathers phone. He has limited amount of time to live. He was a customer of yours for 8 years and rarely got a new phone. I have very little money. I will tell everyone I know about this.
