Verizon - I am trying to cancel my Disney plus that was just charged to my account by mistake my my 11 yr old . I am now over drawn on my account and would like to be reimbursed as this was a huge mistake .

I need to cancel the Disney Plus for 79.99 + tax ! My son has prescribed and I need to cancel I have tried to cancel the prescription now for 45 minutes and I am not very happy. I cant seem to get the help or support as to what I do from now . Please call or send me how to cancel because now Im over drawn and I did not ok this . Christie Russell
