1 And 1 Internet - Charges to my bank account when I didn’t sign up for anything. This has happened to my account for a few months now and it’s very aggravating. I want this to stop now!!

Charges to my bank account that I have no idea what its for because I didnt order anything. This has happened to me for the past few months. Someone obviously got into my account and started purchasing stuff. I want this to stop ASAP!! Im very frustrated about this and I will not let this continue. I called to get resolved only to be told to call back at 9am to cancel my subscription, Not happy
