Grey tanks

We have two grey tanks. One is full the other empty.

Sinks-tub won't drain. How do I switch over from full tank to the empty one?

According to the Dutchmen owners manual posted at dutchmen.com, the wastewater system is self-contained within the RV. There are 2 primary waste systems in a trailer: Black Water Waste and Gray Water Waste. Components are the toilet, holding tanks and termination valves. As in residential households, the drainage system has drain lines, p-traps and plumbing vents that route gases/odours out through the roof assembly.
