Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They have put a code in place so that way the drivers wont steal your order and claim you got it also they gave me and apology and refund so even tho it took awhile they did do something.
So i received word back from ubereats support refunding me the $15 then taking another $22.88 from my account they did it twice so it totalled out to be $42.87 they have took out of my account i emailed them back and is waiting on a response but going forward i asked if they could just remove my account

- Getting ripped with no way to contact customer support

User's recommendation: I personally have had too much trouble with UberEATS and wouldn't recommend anyone ordering here because something will be wrong with your order
