Suddenlink - Trying to get service transferred to new house
Trying for 5 days to get bundled service transferred to new home. Two service installers came to house and couldnt connect us because the cable wasnt connected to cable box at front of house.
Cons:
- Unreliable service
- Difficulty in resolving problems
- No personal contact on phone and misinformatyion
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Go with another service if u canโt get prompt assistance.
