Guys i usually dont write reviews but yes i am writing a review about Ashleys , i worked at a corporate call center and we recieve tons of calls of damaged furniture and delivery dates being rescheduled even promised ones, people calling in who never had a solution on there case who call in previously to report damages/defect , damages are based on what they considered damage so if it not a big crack or a big damage you will not qualify for a even exchange and they will send out a service tech to repair your items, if you dont like the way the tech repaired your items then oh well it is what is because if the tech documented he fix it then you have to stick with item , if its just a certain part of the furniture they will send out parts that can take up to 7-10 but sometimes 10- 30 days to get to you and you will have to call in to schedule another tech , the whole process can be up to 1-3 months , some techs are good but some are not, they will rush you on every call and basically make you say theres nothing you can do for the customer , they say the job is just confirming deliveries but people call in on there expected date of delivery and there items are back ordered , some are backed ordered for 6 months , management wants you to check up on cases but give you no time and if you are checking up on cases / acw for more then 30 minutes a day you can be punished And even can be put on a final notice for it. The warehouse never calls customers to inform of Backordered dates so they are left in the blind . Not too sure about every call center but mines was extremely ghetto and unreasonable and literally gossip about employees . Smh worst experience i had with management and just a way a company business and customer service .
