Update...they called me n offered me 200 measley reward points!! Thats it!!

I lost 47470 thousand rewards!! I am outraged n people should know..they dont care to resolve a thing!!! N alls i want it what i ordered!! The correct pair of ray bans..they wont even give me back my points!!!

I would gladly send these wrong ray bans thay sent me back..i woffered to pay the postage even! Wow!

How crappy..200 tiny reward points back!! How sad!!

I saved for a long time to get a pair of ray bans only to be swnt the wrong ones. I ordered erika classic black frame/grey lens..but was sent erika brown frame/brown lens. I called several times only to see Marlboro WILL NOT FIX MY ORDER. Only offered me 200 measley points. I would be glad to send wrong glasses back n get my points all back but Noooo they wont do that. I dont know how to get order correct..customer service is no help..nor is getting order corrected. I dont think i will fool with marlboro anymore..fix wrong oders
