Home City Ice - Lousy service

It takes three or more calls to actually get someone out to service the store . Ever since Olmsted ice sold out to this company there hasn't been any type of normal servicing or punctuality . the managers promise service but it dosnt come without more call . TAKE NOTICE HOME CITY ICE are going to losee

BETTER SEVICE AND TO BE TAKEN SERIOUS. THEY ARE A MONOPOLY IN CLEVELAND AND THEY FLEX IT
