Fashionmia is a scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I ordered 3 items with Fashionmia on 25 December 2017. One of them arrived in the end of January and the quality was horrible, nothing like the picture, the size is completely inadequate and will hardly fit a teenager (not that I would wear it anyway).

The other two items weren't sent, and I have requested refund.

It has been 4 months, and I haven't received the refund yet, they keep saying they are busy and will deal with it within next week, but they haven't refunded me. I

I didn't send the first item back as I have realized, I will never be refunded anyway and on top of that will need to pay for shipment.

My order number is: B216****

I too, felt cheated. I ordered a boatnneck batwing shirt from Fashionmia and have never recieved it.

When I tried to contact the company for a refund, I couldn’t even find an official contact number.

It’s been one year and I still have never recieved any contact or reciept of my purchase that I never recieved. I suggest to research about a company or website first for scams like Fashionmia if anyone is ever interested in ordering anything online again.

FashionMia advertises like crazy and their photos are lovely...how can we protect other consumers about this scam?

Fashionmia, i have been getting the same response for 4 months now. No reputable company will be delaying the refund under the excuse of being busy to process the refund.

So, until the refund is made this can be only treated as scam. Also, your actual products are a "cheap" and fake version of the advertised products, this is deceitful and is aimed at tricking customers to buy products that they wouldn't otherwise.
