I live in Costa Rica, they have stores here I got a pizza from them during covid, it was supposed to be barbecue chicken with pineapple and there was nothing on it but sauce and cheese I sent pictures of the pizza and an image of the receipt to the corporate office after calling and getting someone who was an *** that refused to take my complaint telling me, "We don't take complaints for other countries only for inside the United States." I never heard from anybody about the issue, from corporate in response to my email or from PJ representatives in Costa Rica. Now if you call the corporate number you are supposed to be able to make a complaint and talk to someone there is only a recording telling you to go to the website and send in a complaint from there, I am guessing but I imagine they are so crap a company they did this because of too many complaints

I have been trying to learn Spanish for a number of years and failing miserably, I saw some good reviews on this website and went there and eventually signed up. I had one class with a teacher who refused to explain things in what I would consider a reasonable manner, he became offensive verbally and defensive at my insistence upon him explaining things to my satisfaction and left the class after 10 minutes. The next day I was thrown off the site, with no chance to find another teacher and try again. I had a conversation that day with the owner of the site who admitted to me (and I have an audio recording of the conversation) that he turned over administration of who can be on the site and take classes and who can't to the teachers. He claims that they were being abused so instead of recording classes with consent so they can review if there is an issue he gave the teachers total control, and now the monkeys are running the zoo! This site is unsafe, I am not calling it a scam or a fraud just it is unsafe, don't go there and don't believe the review I believe or think that the reviews you would see online if you google researched the site are paid reviews.

I went on this site and in one day did the free course I am interested in learning Spanish but not interested in any certificate, I'm not doing it for an education degree. In the beginning, it says that if you don't understand something to go with it that it will make sense later on, but it does not! I went through the entire three or four stages in one evening and I learned absolutely nothing, most of it makes no sense nor do you have any idea what is going on, what you are supposed to be doing. At first, I was guessing, and then I stopped doing anything and went to next. One of the reasons you do not know what is going on is there are videos you watch that are in Spanish when you're trying to learn Spanish, so you don't understand anything that's going on and there are no clear instructions I guess in the video that you do not understand it is telling you what you need to do, maybe? let's talk about issues on the site there are these sections where there's audio you listen to that gives you a phrase or word in the language you're trying to learn and then right next to it there's is a place for you to hit a record button and repeat the phrase when you hit the record button it turns off automatically and it does this over and over again so it does not work. Then right above it, there's a link that says 'get instructions' when you click on that there's a little pop-up window that opens that gives you meaningless instructions that you cannot close?! I contacted them and pointed this out to them and they said that they were going to work on it but as for the system turning itself off and you not being able to repeat the phrase they tried to say that I need to dump my cookies, turn off spyware blockers (Yea right.) and a few other BS things because of course it's not their website it's my computer that works perfectly fine on other websites.
