I need a simple statement from the company to take to Small claims court for Reimbursement from my apartment manager since the problem was Due to negligence of the apartment complex

Same issue and keep getting the run around. ew microwave was suppose to be replaced today so I made sure to be home but no one called.

I called customer service and there was nothing filed even though they saw the apt was scheduled for today. No one would let me speak to a manager, just kept passing me to the wrong extension.

Sears - Horrible customer service

Not being able to speak with someone in the United States.All calls are routed to either India or the Philippines. Nobody understands anything you tell them in the Philippines. India is much better, and good luck reaching someone in the US!

User's recommendation: Don’t use Sears For anything!

Sears - Horrible customer service

I will never ever ever work with seers again until they bring jobs back to the United States. Im tired of speaking to customer service reps in the Philippines. There is no communication or understanding. Im so disappointed and see her as I see other people are disappointed as well. Its too bad.
