Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They were positively fantastic and I WILL buy fm them again..

ORDER #: 577021**** was supposed to go to Los Angeles address! I originally had it going to Plant City in Florida but decided to wait and send flowers instead to a relative in CA. My online chat rep assured me that she forwarded the change info to the right people. The order hadn't even shipped so change was possible, but no one followed through. Not thinking I'll do business with you again if this is how it is. Now I ended up spending money on relatives in Florida when that was not my intent (I had another surprise for them).

User's recommendation: Be very sure b4 u place an order.
