Im a London Taxi Driver and I have purchased a TXe. Two days ago a passenger got out of my cab and passed my the broken handle from my near side door saying this broke off in his hand. I took the taxi into LEVC Chiswick to have the part replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, they said that you will not replace this under warranty as excess force had been used. I disagree strongly, I saw the passenger open the door and no excessive force was used, plus, I use my handle on my door a lot more than the rear doors and I have had no problem with it. This must have been a faulty part and I hope you will see my side of the story and replace the part under warranty.

User's recommendation: Broken handle my fault say LEVC. I say faulty goods.

A new handle supplied and fitted under warranty please
