Roku - Bad communication
My many charges for Roku and Hulu and Showtime I asked them why I was being charged Showtime when I never had it I cancelled it when the 30 days were up and the Hulu he said I had to have had it when I didn't I had it on my Hulu account I was just not happy with his service

- Terrible customer services
My Roku bill
He was rude and only refunded me 3 and there was a lot more that I had gotten charged for Showtime and Hulu so I was very upset
User's recommendation: They be a little nicer and have patience.
