Wrong information provided by DELL Sales team for warranty and now they don't support

I bought a laptop from DELL USA. Laptop gets too hot and works too slow. It has been only 25 days, bought the laptop. I keep on travelling around the world so specifically asked DELL sales if the laptop which I'm purchasing will have the international warranty and response was yes you will get the international warranty and I don't need to pay extra amount. Now When I tried to troubleshoot with DELL technical support they inform me my LAPTOP doesn't have international warranty, I have to pay more money. If I had purchased that warranty while buying the laptop, then it would have been low. I'm getting the feeling that DELL has CONNED. DELL is a fake and CON company. No
