Thumbtack - No contact

Earlier this month, I wrote an email to thumbtacks regarding the $758 I've spent on leads from customers, that either cancelled or did not respond to my messages. I disputed each one, and got denied. After paying $117 for another cancelled lead, I wrote to them, It has been over a week now, I have still heard nothing from them... Next will be legal action.

User's recommendation: Do not post your buisness on here, they will steal your money.
