Found roaches in my room after going grocery shopping, the staff acted like no big deal and came to spray!!! Apparently, it's a common issue... I was not staying with my 2 children and food, they staff then said they would give me a refund but "Adam" the manager would be in first thing in the am. I called Adam is not there and the current lady Crystal HUNG up on me. Unbelievable, after suffering the Roaches and relocation of me and my kids and food, they have the nerve to be so rude and not care that I won't even get my money for over 7 days.

User's recommendation: Don't stay in the Austin location.
