Verizon - Talk to a live representative

Can't get a live agent on the line. Can't get chat support without signing in. Reset password feature is not working as submit button is dim. Hours of wasted time and energy.

Speak to a live agent. Reset my password. I need to make sure account is current and I don't loose service.
