Habbo Hotel - Not keeping promises

I got my account perma banned, then we came to an agreement to get it unbanned. Now they've deleted my ticket, not answering to my e-mails, giving me automated copy and paste responses for the PAST 4 MONTHS. They didn't keep their promise and the account i spent A LOT of money on is still banned. They have been airing me for the past 4 months yet claim to "care about their customers". Very disappointed that a game i supported so much by spending so much money on is literally giving me a "{{REDACTED}} and your account" straight in the face. What i want is for Habbo to keep their promise and unban my account within the next month. I get it they're busy but that would be 5 months of having the time to keep a promise, i think that isn't too much asked for.
