Humana does not call back. Humana "agents" have a very limited knowledge of their product. I spent 6 hours on two phone calls with them and they hung up on me 4 times. I was super polite, so why do theyj hang up? My wife had her policy cancelled in Jan. due to "non-payment", they claim. They had a false address for her. Her premium was on automatic billing with Medicare.

User's recommendation: Do not give Humana the opportunity to take your money.
