Best Buy - Completely ridiculous customer service

Best Buy has hands down the worst company policies and online sales policies. I recently purchased a laptop and with 12 hrs realized I had to return it, mind you it had not shipped or anything. They told me to get lost you had 20 mins to change your mind. Well Best Buy theres the answer to why you have to keep closing stores. Zero and I mean zero customer service I will never step foot in another store or visit the site, Ive had better customer service at the proctologists office, well at least he used lube

There are many factors that come into play when a store closes such as leasing issues, new store being built or its a bad location. Because you're so scorned I can see how your narrow mindedness would choose shipping issues as a main problem and the company going under. Drama queen.
