Still have not received a response from Greyhound

I don't know, I haven't been contacted by Greyhound since 8/4/21 via email. They said someone would be contacting me within 24 hours, Today is 8/12/21 and I've not received any more correspondence from Greyhound.

I rode Greyhound in 1979, they were a great bus service at that time. Now, I wouldn't use Greyhound if it was the only transportation offered, not even if it was free to ride.

I had to make arrangements to get back to Memphis, in a reliable, safe and timely manner, which costed me another $67.49, plus the $119.00 which Im also requesting Greyhound to refund back to me Total amount $187.49. My Greyhound trip was scheduled for 1:30pm on7/28/21. I didn't reach my destination until 7/29/21 after 12:30 pm. If Pissed Consumer can not help me resolve this issue and help me get retribution for for Greyhound's incompetence, please let me know so that I can take this matter further. Thanks

User's recommendation: Travel Megabus if you're planning to go by bus. Megabus is very reliable.

I did not purchase a Flix ticket due to the fact that this was a 7 hour and 40 minute trip. I was supposed to have gotten to Atlanta at 11:55, 7/28/2021.

Greyhound made this trip way more flexible than I anticipated. This turned out to be a 24 hour long trip. I am requesting a full refund. I am a disabled person and due to Greyhound's lack of drivers, I had a light seizure caused by the incompetence and neglect of your driver.

I had tn o make g to get back Memphis, in a reliable, safe and timely manner, which costed me another $65.00, which Im also requesting Greyhound to refund back to me alone with the $119.00 Greyhound trip on7/28/21 and didn't reach my destination until 7/29/21 after 12:30 pm. I'm requesting a full refund in the amount of $184.00
