Guess - Complaint
Lets just start with the mannerisms that the waikele staff presented during my personal shopping in person experience last week, my husband ended up buying me around maybe over 200.00 in merchandise and a lot of items did not seem to fit, I tried items on at my home and some tags ripped/fell off I gently folded up the clothing and kept the tags in the bag ready to return at the store, I usually shop at other retailers im a mom of three and sadly cant fit guess as easily anymore lol.. I was rudely addressed and very disrespected in person by the store manager Ronnie she didnt want to help me resolve my issue whatsoever.
User's recommendation: Provide customer better service.

- Excellent quality
- Non co-operative customer service
- Disrespectful to customer
