Grubhub - Problem with my account

It's been 2yrs ago I submitted my application, then in 2days i tried again with email GrubHub customer service, but have no any feedback yet. And today, I called GrubHub customer service about my Account, she said : I have no exist account. But I got report : Error A-1003. So I asked, what can I do to make it works? Then she said that she can't help me, she asked me to waiting. It's really DISAPPOINTED FEEDBACK. THROUGH GrubHub email no feedback AT ALL. THROUGH GrubHub phone SAMETHING (can't help at all). I just hope GRUBHUB give me feedback soon, so I can finish my application then start to work. Pls help my Case. Thanks I just
