Southwest Airlines - SWA didn't honor their promise to give us a voiucher

We had reservations to go to Las Vegas in February, 2020.

Due to kidney stones wanting to come out of my body, and the Covid travel restrictions, we had to cancel our reservations and were told by SWA that we could get a voucher as long as we contacted them within 6 months to get an extension. We did this within their timelines and were told we were still going to get our voucher.

This went on for 13 months and we called 5 times and were assured it was coming.

After this morning's call we received an email saying our request was turned down as our time had expired.

I will NEVER fly Southwest Airlines again and will be sure and encourage all my friends and business associates to boycott Southwest. mo moths as months as we continued to wait for our voucher
