Amazon Canada - They charged me 79.04$ after it was cancelled within minute of my product error!

On Apr 09, 2020AMAZON Mktp CA _V79.04 and this has been withdrawn from my TD Canada checking account! This payment taken be my labeled Visa Debit card n interact card. Below you will find proof of same amount of 79.04#, Amazon says it an authorization, but since it was Visa debit, It comes from chequing, not a pre-op. Copy of transaction, from my TD Canada Trust Apr 13, 2020Amazon.ca _V10.28 ($248.69) Apr 09, 2020AMZN Mktp CA _V79.04 ($238.41) If any others heard of this, please advise, Thank Group :) PS ; after talking to two or three representative they told me to get the bank toe pre-op. Their isn't a pre-op. this considering a small that was cancelled!!!!!!!!!!!!!

User's recommendation: Please refrain from 3rd party merchants, being on amazon do not make those secured to all pf Amazon' policies!!!!!!!

I've sign up threw Amazon Fire TV! Nov 04/2019 I was charged 11.29$ Cnd. On Dec 03/2019 I was charged again in the same amount, but I couldn't access any of their products, stating I needed a subscription! I phone and they said I only had basic, but I couldn't access any sort of streaming, period. They withdrew my money with no service, so I phone Crave TV(Bell Media in Canada) and refused my refund!!!! So I lost it!!!! :) I contacted my bank and they put in a charged back! I worn the little idiot at the end of the line and he said no refund alound even though I had no service!!!! I also cntacted Amazon.ca

Well this is what happened :They say they replaced the broken piece, but guessed what!!!They sent it to my old address, so it was returned !Now I really do not care anymore, I've purchased a bistro set from IKEA!So please do not purchase anything from AASON CANADA or from Amazon concerning this company !

Wish - States Delivered but actually not... :(

I've ordered many many items from wish, but it's a new one! They change tracking # in the middle of the transaction, which in turn states it was delivered, but I live 2 minutes From Canada ost and they tried to help, guessed what their tracking # doesn't exist. WTF is going on!!!!

updated, 1019=11-17, MONThey have to be the most arrogant and self centered co. I've dealt with!They stated they ship the broken piece/board to my old address, last month.

Since I have not lived there sine 2019. I guessed they did not verify my address on Amazon.ca! But the dinette set was delivered at my new address after he took the time to call me. (My old building was a secured building.)The building Supervisor told me that I was returned to senders sometime in October, 2019.

I confronted Aosom by email, still never heard anything yet! I've given them my new address in case they missed it the 2nd time around!Anyway going threw Amazon.ca for suppor t is useless.

They state refund not accepted.***Consumer's be wary if the item is 3rd party, burnt one , never again. I'm not going to win this one LOL.Dominick Caron

Hart Stores - It takes 3 peps to do a refund!??!

Well it was a simple refund for a shower curtain liner. I had returned a blind the week before because some one had cut it and repackaged it for a refund. At the time I assume that I had nothing else to return. After finishing remodeling my new apartment, I found an unopened shower curtain liner so I returned it to the Hart Store, it still had their tag on it! That when it happened the cashier couldn't do the refund cause I had no receipt, she call another person and she said the same thing and finally the third one asked for the receipt and that when I explained again that I had a blind last week and they kept the receipt. Now they offered me the option to purchase something else or they will issue a gift card, you know the type that aren't the same as the regurlar gift card! But was puzzled me the most he looked @ me like I has either stolen or a shop lifter. I realize Kirkland Lake is a very jaded community but seriously it was only $5.99 cdn. I waited while he issued the gift card and off I went! When I got home I was pissed so I cut up the gift card and my point card and wrote them a little note. I them filed a complaint to the head office, they replied and ask me if they can contact me on Monday. Yesterday I was out, when I got home I had a message by the district manager for Northern Ontario, giving a long distance tel#, if they think I'm going pay for a call because they pissed me off. They must be whacked!!! Anyway I will never never shop there again. Thank God for Amazon.ca Pissed off, Dominick Caron

Hey everyone: Still battling this one. Please please be advised that the e-mail that I've sent to customer care, is still not answered! It was sent on October 13th, 2018. And still no reply. Going to hand deliver it, sometime today! It basically explained my frustration with RCA CURTIS CANADA, The product affected was a 4O-inch colour television: model# RLDED4079A-SM. It develop something call screen burn out and it still growing! I wish that they can help me! (copies of our communications, where attached.) Still awaiting their answer or advice! or a replacement, but I will not hold my breath LOL.
