Best Buy - I was left on hold for over 30 minutes!!

I called just to see if I could swap a wrong item I had ordered online, for the correct one. The CS person was trying to help me, but then I was placed on hold for about 33 minutes until I got tired and just hung up!!

User's recommendation: Be prepared for a wait if you're put on hold with CS!!

Just a return label and be able to swap the wrong item for the correct one for the Portal!!!
