Verizon - Continual billing after disconnecting service

I discontinued service with Verizon in Feb 2021. They have confirmed that they owe me $42.00. Today I received a bill from them for $120.00 in unpaid balance.

User's recommendation: Verizon has less than stellar customer service and accounting practices.
