Yahoo! will disable your account if it is compromised.
After sending customer care an email about not being able to access your account Yahoo! will send you an email showing an excerpt of the Terms of Service where it states that Yahoo! can disable your account for any reason. This is because they don't want to have to admit that they allowed your account to be compromised and instead of spending the time to try to fix my hacked account, they disable your account all together. After years of playing fantasy sports and paying for stat tracker, my account is disabled for no apparently logical reason. Sign in seal? New secret questions? What is the real reason behind these new security features. Why would I need sign in seal if my browser already has phishing protection? I'll tell you why. It's because Yahoo! can't afford to keep up with today's security demands and try to peddle off some new so-called "cutting-edge" security feature like sign-in seal. OMG! sign-in seal! Gimme a break! It's just a bunch of pointless software that Yahoo! promotes to give one the impression that they are "on top of things". Yea right. If your account is compromised, Yahoo! can simply state, "Oh, you failed to do this or that. So now your account is disabled." Or simply send you a copy of the Terms of Service that you've already read and understood. Think about.. it makes sense from a business point of view... if a hacker stole my yahoo account and wanted to try to exploit my email somehow, they could most certainly try and may succeed causing problems to a whole range of peoples. But because it is stated in their yahoo's terms of service that they my disable your account for any reason, they will probably do that instead of having to deal with customer complaints about their emails being used by a hackers.

Amantes Pizza and Pasta - Ordered Fettuccini Carbonara, Got Noodles and Mayo.
Ordered Fettuccini Carbonara, Got Noodles and Mayo (or something white). I didn't feel like taking a trip to the emergency room so I chose not to eat it. There was also uncooked chicken which I had to pay $2.25 for. Total cost was $16.20. I have a picture of the pasta on yelp.com The picture clearly shows no bacon, no tomatoes, no green onions, no mushrooms. and no cheese. Never eat at the following Amante's pizza and pasta location if you wish for good pasta: 12319 Roosevelt Way NE Seattle, WA 98125 (206) 362-****

Tigerdirect.com has too many holes in their purchasing system.
Also once you submit a purchase there is no going back. No ability to cancel and no ability to change the address if you typed it wrong. Granted it was my fault for not double-checking but I noticed my error immediately after I pressed "submit". No amount of emails or phone calls to Tigerdirect was able to correct the shipping address because they do not read their emails prior to shipping the product. Nor can they do anything over the phone. You see, after I noticed the error in my shipping address I immediately emailed and called Tigerdirect. They stated over the phone that I would have to wait an hour in order for them to help me. I then called later and they had already shipped the product I purchased to the wrong address. Even after I explained to the customer service person that I was calling to correct a shipping address, he simply couldn't help me fix it. Now all I can do is wait for the product to be shipped to the wrong address (which I don't even believe is a valid one as it was entered due to my typing error) and then we simply have to "hope" that the residents (if any) at the wrong address have it shipped back. Then they would be able to finally ship it to the correct address. So now I basically am having to wait 12-28 days for my shipment instead for 3-7 days as the product has to take 4 trips instead of 1. I would not suggest anyone to use Tigerdirect as they are unorganized and there are too many things wrong with their purchasing system.

DHL's delivery drivers are retarded.
DHL's tracking site stated they left a package at my front door. I was home the entire day in question and never saw DHL once. FedEx seemed to deliver a package to my brother that same day with no problem. After playing phone tag with customer service at DHL, it turned out that the *** driver delivered it to the wrong address. And then when he tried to retrieve it, he failed at that too! In this day and age, how does a delivery service of all services get an address wrong??? Also, when I had raised the issue with a customer service representative from 1-800-CALL-DHL, the representative was very cold and sounded as though it was a normal occurrence that their drivers deliver packages to the wrong address.
