Did you feel the signs in the area where they displayed the mowers telling you they wouldn't take gas powered equipment back didn't apply to you? They didn't force you to buy from them.

You could have purchased a mower from a servicing dealer that would have assembled the mower, put gas in it and showed you how to start it before you left with the mower. Of course you would have paid a little more for this service but I'll bet the lower price at Menards caught your eye.

The choice was yours. Sometimes paying a little more for a product at a store that offers more services is well worth the money.
