Verizon - Bill issue
Crumby!!!! I tried everything and have a bill from them that was for my mother in New York. I put in all the data correctly and double triple quadruple checked it and it would not except the numbers that they themselves gave me! I was unable to have a chat online because I was required to login using the correct numbers and what they gave me were wrong! I spent an hour trying to do this and finally gave up and wrote a whole letter about what had happened, they are incorrect billing, and sent them a damn check
User's recommendation: Give me a live person to talk to.
