Resolved: Best Buy - Ticked

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. I went back in and spoke to the customer service manager, Diane, and she took care of the issues!.

To Whom it May Concern: Im incredibly disappointed in Best Buy. I decided to purchase my appliances with you because I thought you would be more responsible and not flake on me. Well, I was incorrect. I never received a call from Best Buy informing me that I would not receive my dishwasher today. I live right behind the store and the product is in the store, so goodness knows what the excuse is. Had I not called, Id still be waiting. I changed my whole day around so as to be home for this delivery that didnt occur and nobody had the decency to call. Not good Best Buy. Not good. Beyond disappointed, angry, and frustrated, Vivian
