McDonalds - Having problems with the app

The customer service lady ended up hanging up on me because I couldn't hear the last question you were trying to ask me and basically told me I needed to talk to my bank to get them to refund me the money which there's no way they're going to refund it for me I also talked to the manager at McDonald's location here and they said there was nothing they could do about it I showed them the app and let them know that I placed this order and y'all couldn't find my order anywhere to see what I could do when the lady couldn't even give me my food even though I had two forms of proof that I had made an order through the app placed it and was charged. for the food the food
