This morning I woke up to find A 9.99 charge in charge on my bank account only 18 months from my last Uber ride. I have no idea how long this has been going on wing on I know for at least 3 months when I looked into my bank.

On top of it all this started when some ignorant driver named Islam decided he was going to drop me off 20 blocks from my intended destination on 87th street. Just because something in the stupid system told him that's where I wanted to go, I wanted to be at 87th street near my school not near a hospital. He drove all the way from a 103rd up to 55th Garfield and back down to 63rd street it's breed rather than just going straight to 87th because of your ignorant system No one has ever called me or tried to explain this nightmare. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING ON TOO BECAUSE HE EITHER HAD HIS GIRLFRIEND OR ANOTHER PASSENGER IN THE BACKSEAT WITH ME.

THE SYSTEM DOESN'T SHOW ME WHERE EVERYONE IS GOING.

ADDITIONALLY,, UNTIL THIS JERK, FORCED ME OUT OF THE CAR, TO "PICK UP ANOTHER FARE." MY PHONE WAS SHOWING MY CORRECT DESTINATION!

And now your stupid app is only giving me this comment that it's beyond 30 days I don't care if it's beyond 300 days you people at Uber deserve the kind of wrath that I'm gonna guarantee you receive because this information is now going on Google Yelp and every other place I can figure out where to put it until I get all my money refunded from this stupid 9.99 charge and that fee that you charge me for that ignorant ride.

Luckily I was on 63rd street 3rd street and I could walk over to the red line, but I should never have had to. On top of that, this rude Islam driver of yours had the goal to tell me to get out of his car because he had to go pick up another passenger rather than even have the decency to drive me back to the red line when he didn't even follow the proper route to where I was heading. And there was another passenger in the car.

Since that date on January 30th or 31st of 2020 I have never and will never use your service.

As of this morning, my wife and I have both removed all payment cards and Uber has no authorization to charge anything to any of our accounts, none whatsoever!

I SHOULD RECEIVE NOT ONLY ISLAM'S FEE, BUT ALL THE 9.99 FEES YOU HAVE COLLECTED SINCE THAT DATE IN A REFUND IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!! ANYTHING LESS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
