Hello Diane, Complete Savings is a savings programme for people who shop online regularly. The membership benefits include 10% cashback at over 1000 online retailers, 20% off popular gift cards and a monthly cashback reward.

There is a 30 day trial period so you can try it out, and after that there is a monthly fee. You will have joined the Complete Savings programme following a purchase you made where you were offered the chance to claim a cashback reward on your next purchase through the site. Clicking on this offer took you through to the Complete Savings sign-up page, where it is clear that in order to claim the cashback on offer you must first become a member of the programme.
