Adore Me - Horrible customer service and shipping problems

Placed an order on March 1st and it is still processing. I've email several times and customer service has done nothing but send me the exact same email over and over resolving absolutely nothing but offering a $10 credit.

I've sent them an email, messaged them on Facebook, called and still nothing. It's been 3 weeks.

I just want my orders already. I say we all get together a file a huge lawsuit against them.

In the same boat here. Placed my order on March 5th, for my honeymoon, on Apirl 8th My order is still processing.

Emailed costumer service several times have gotten no response back. Looked like I need to cancel my membership and come up with a plan B...Order #30405**** - Processing

I'm on the same boat as you. Purchased on March 1st and I honestly don't understand what could be taking this long.

Are they not putting out ANY orders anymore? How can it be 3 weeks still processing?!

And the generic response of "we're working on these issues in our warehouse" is completely unhelpful. We, as customers, would just like to know when we can get what we paid for!

Currently April 16 and order is STILL PROCESSING. Has anyone gotten anything?!

Because there is absolutely no excuse for this much of a delay.

And even after all this I am never given even an estimate of a time frame. Just give me my damn order!

Update: suit has been delivered April 24 WITH ONLY THE TOP OF THE SUIT! Is this how they run their business?

Make a customer wait practically 2 months to get their order and then when they do, *** it up? Ridiculous.
