Panda Express - Poor customer service

The fried rice was dark brown and dried out. So I requested to get fresh rice. I was told it would be 8 min however it 18min. Sadly I was ignored when I asked why it was taking so long. Then when the fresh rice was ready why would she put the old fried rice on top of the fresh rice. I sat there 18 min for fresh rice. Why not make my food first. Then the lady was pouting and frustrated at me when I asked her why did she do that. Last this lading was touching everything. I had to request her to put on gloves.

User's recommendation: If your not happy request it to be made fresh.
