West Lawrence Dentistry - Customer Dis-service

This corporate chain poses as a local dentist office and makes it very difficult to resolve the frequent problems inherent in a dysfunctional, greed-driven business. Front office employees demonstrate immaturity, lack of professionalism, insensitivity and errors in the most basic operations like billing and scheduling. Their reasons for many problems usually put blame on customers,the "new computer system" or being over busy.

User's recommendation: Chose a local dentist, don't be fooled by outside corporations promising what they can't deliver.

The Smile Generation - Unethical billing, rude and condescending treatment of the disabled, unprofessional and dysfunctional office operations, uncaring, insensitive and mean-spirited employees.

I was lied to, abused by office staff, put off by the doctor and treated rudely and disrespectfully while being expected to kiss up, pay a lot of money, and put up with scheduling problems and cancellations, billing problems and no accountability, and customer relations problems with utterly rude workers trying to implement a new and impersonal SYSTEM that lost all my information.

User's recommendation: Find a real local dentist and stay away from this insensitive corporation that says all the right things in their ads, then is incapable of delivering even the most basic human respect and dignity.
