No I haven't heard back from Chevrolet. I took my car over to Bachman Chevrolet on Monday and I had to basically argue with them to troubleshoot other possibilities why my air wasn't working. They finally agreed to do so. They called me back Wednesday and said they found a leak in one of the lines that controls the vent. Had to order the line. It's Friday afternoon and haven't heard anything else. They did give me a loaner vehicle this time. And they wanted to take my car apart. Smh. They also said they would fix the wiring issue.
