McDonalds - Complaint - Urgent

this is the 3rd issue with them.

same store, same location. we went to this location and ordered the same exact order we always get....

1 qtr pounder with cheese, extra onions

1, 10 pc chicken nugget

2 small fries and

2 strawberry pies.

1 ranch sauce and

1 buffalo sauce

i pulled around and the cashier was eating and had food on their math, they just stuck their hand out to get me card without saying a word because their mouth was chewing.

i asked them to read my order back, the cashier had to swallow and said, you had a qtr pounder in your order, right?

i said yes, with extra onions and i had to repeat my entire order to him because he didnt.

he took my card, and gave it back to me,

i said, i need the receipt, and he told me he cant provide the receipt because he has moved on to the next order, that is ***

i told him i needed the receipt again and after a minute he gave me a receipt that was torn in half and only showed 2 items of my order.

i pulled up[ the the pick up window and waited for some time. the girl handed me the bag, i looked in the bag and there were no fries, i had ordered 2, there was an apple pie and a strawberry pie, i had ordered 2 strawberry pies.

i asked for sauce for the nuggets, 1 ranch 1 buffalo, they said there was a charge for them, i said, didnt get any in the bag and they are complimentary up to the first 2 sauces.

i said, there are no fries in the bag and i ordered 2 small fries.

the lady i was speaking with did not even speak alittle english, some other female came and i explained how bad this service was and what i was shorted. she asked for my receipt, i explained the situation about even getting my receipt and that the other window only gave me half a receipt. she asked me to pull out and up to the pick up spots, i did.

i waitied some time yet again and the other female walks up to my car and says you missing something?

i tried to explain it to her and that why would you short the fries and why would you just automatically substitute an apple pie for a strwbewry pie when i ordered 2 of the strawberry pies.

she said ieed to seyour receipt, i stated, i already gave my receipt the the 2nd window and i need my fries and my other strawberry pie and my food is already getting cold with this screw up.

she went in and then returned and said they didnt charge you for the 2 fries and i would have to pay for them, i said yes they did and she said its not on your receipt, they only gave me half a receipt!!!!

i gave her my friggin card again and said i need the other strawberry pie and her the apple pie back,

she came back with 2 small fries, no sauces, and no pie

i was pissed and asked where the pie,

she says oh, we dont have any more of them

i just drove off and she stood there with the nastiest look on her face.

this store has had many many issues, but this one takes the cake.

the have kids, and i mean kids with the worst attitudes imaginable working there.

the service is awful and they represent Mcdonald's terribly

they should be ashamed and management need to be completely re-trained or replaced and every one of those food eating zero respectful kids need to be removed and my money should be completely refunded....i wasnt going there, not with these disrespectful ridiculous people....needless to say, i ended up paying for 4 small fries, which i only received 2 and i paid for 2 strawberry pies and only received 1 and zero sauces oh yeah, and only half a receipt

they are beyond worthless

want to add that this may not seem like a big deal, but i frequent this chain regularly and over the past month or so this is the 3rd issue with services from them. might not seem like a very big deal, but it is the principal of the issue that is the main complaint. fast food service prides themselves on good customer service and the word "FAST" in the refence fast food should be a sign that you can go there, drive through the island and place your order, pay for your order and get your order in a pleasant and timely manner. this is no longer the case and the disrespectfulness off the staff that i encountered should not go without being held accountable and this type of service should never happen and the training of the staff needs to be re-evaluated...just my opinion.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution
