Verizon - Been hiking for over an hour when it said hold for 5 to 8mins
On hold for over an hour when it stated 5 to 8 mins of hold. Everybody wants to forward their call to another department. No one wants to help. Very very frustrating!!!! I hope no one will need a time to talk to someone

American Airlines - Credit vouchers
AA said they will send the credit by email but I never received it but when I called they said they sent it by mail.... never received it by mail either. Why is it this hard to use a credit voucher that I already paid for and should have the convenience to use it when I can, hardest thing I ever had to do, I called customer service and they cant do anything until I have my credit voucher.... they never sent it so how can I have it but clearly in their system it shows they owe me $100.01. They see the credit but I cant use it because I dont have a voucher!!!!! How frustrating is this....
