Dear Etsy Customer Service, I purchased glasses from ReadnBling on May 13.The glasses arrived on May 19. I wore them a few times and they broke in the middle. The item is bad quality. I was trying to negotiate with the owner, but she offered me an exchange of the same item and I'd have to pay shipping fees. I asked her for a different pair, but she refused. I asked for refund. She'd not respond and I opened a case with Etsy. It has been over 2 weeks since this case (Case #102009****812, Order #205149****) was escalated and yet, I have not heard from you. Please, let me know what is the status of this case. Thanks.

I have opened a case #102009****812 with Etsy (the site where this customer sold me these glasses). This case has been escalated, but no resolution yet.
