Eastern Motors - Lackof Professionalism

My daughter and I brought a car from Eastern Motor's two years ago. The Car ended in an accident and was a total loss. Since then we have had multiple problems with getting Eastern Motors to submit the required documents to Gap Insurance so that all matters can be resolved. Should we not hear something soon I will be force to contact the Better Business Bureau.

Send requested documents to the to Gap Insurance so the order for the total loss car can be closed out.
