Us Auto Sales - Unprofessionalism

Since I tried calling the customer service number twice just to be hung up on it's now got me more mad. I've been messaging and talking to people since 5 am this morning and it is now 6:30 pm. I sent over all my paperwork after being told I was pre-approved multiple times told everyone I talked to that i would have to take an Uber to the car lot so I wanted all my ducks in a row and it to basically be set in stone. I filled out all the paperwork and emailed it back. Found out when I got there she did not receive my last email with the rest of the paperwork so she didn't even run his app yet so we had to sit there paperwork
