Payoneer - I have not able to drawn my money

I open a Payoneer account for two months now. trying to withdraw out my money but I couldnt I dont know why because Im leaving all my documents in there what I can till withdraw money!So that is why I called to complain because I really need It from your people if theres anything I can do to get my money please?
