On 6/30 21 I placed an order with Ava's Flowers, Miramar Beach Florida. I choose them because they stated free delivery. When I placed the order, at the very end it stated I was being charged a Service fee- the exact amount all other flower companies were going to bill me for a delivery charge. I went ahead and placed the order as I was running out of time. The flowers were to be delivered on July 4. Prior to delivery, I phoned the company to cancel as the receiving party was not at her home where flowers were being delivered. Your company also called Laura Hudon., receiving party, before delivery to confirm she was there. She advised to cancel the order as well, as she was not there. Your company ignored and delivered anyway. When I called to inquire about the Billing I was put on hold for over an hour, then disconnected. Your company has been reported to the BBB for false advertising ( free delivery) and numerous billing problems. I expect to be refunded my full amount. $64.18 as your company ignored all of our cancellations and when we tried to report the problem on-line and on the phone nothing worked. If I do not here from someone regarding this matter, in e-mail, I will be contacting the Corporate Office, BBB and any review sites to advise not to order from your company , for all reasons stated above. I will also be disputing any charges through my bank my Bank. Please advise within 5 days, before I take action company as s
