Verizon - Customer service sucks

Changed from consumer cellular to Verizon in the belief that I would save money. As it turns out, the gigabytes I used was more than I used with my prior provider for the same service. It was cheaper for talk, but thats all. Trying to go back to my prior provider, took me over 6 hours to be on the phone with both companies. Even my old companys representative couldnt believe what I was going through. Customer service for Verizon is terrible.

User's recommendation: Avoid Verizon if you’re going to see if they are a good fit. Not worth it.
