LexisNexis - Horrible expensive shipping practice

I ordered a Birth Certificate through VitaCheck. I paid more for the service than the Certificate. It was mailed through USPS in a paper envelope that was sealed with only 2 pieces of scotch tape. It was mailed to me in Florida in the middle of Hurricane season. Elsa was pounding our coast just a couple of days before I received the Certificate. We have had torrential rains too.

User's recommendation: Don't even think of using this service.
